The new web site is great. The main menu bar with its dropdown sub-menus is very useful. The pictures on the pages that list locos, cars, track, etc. are bigger than on the previous web site, which is a nice feature. His personal support and attention to detail reflect his dedication to their customer base. I recently purchased the new Marklin Central Station, and what an amazing instrument! I have been waiting for this type of product for years. Now I have my entire layout programmed on it, including all signals, turnouts and all other solenoids for over 550 feet of track! I model European N guage and have just received my latest order in perfect condition as always. It takes no more than 6 days for my orders to arrive here in Melbourne. I just took delivery on my first order from ERH, and both the sales price and service were excellent. I greatly appreciate the fact that I can order from a Canadian importer and pay only 1/3 (!) the premium postage American importers rather unreasonably require, a savings on this single coach order of some C$20.00. I look forward to doing more business (just made two 2010 new product reservations) with ERH and would commend them to all.

Euro Rail Hobbies is my go-to store for Dutch model rail equipment. Their prices are extremely competitive, shipping is hassle-free, and service is outstanding. I've tried the other ones (in FL and IL) and even a bead store that had a small selection on the side, but Euro Rail Hobbies is now my one and only choice (unless I'm physically in The Netherlands). If it weren't for this store, I'm not sure what I'd do...
