Wow! What great site! The layout is very aesthetically pleasing, the search function works very well, and there are pictures (and large ones at that!) of most items. I love how the shopping cart actually shows the pictures of what is in it - I hate how Walther's shopping cart doesn't - this is a great feature to remind you what is actually in the cart. I haven't shopped with Euro Rail Hobbies before, but if the service is anything like how the website is, I anticipate to be impressed. I am glad I remembered having stumbled upon this site years ago. The prices are phenomenal and I just saved a ton buying through this site over Walthers. I hope to continue doing business with Euro Rail Hobbies in the future (provided I have a good experience with my current order - and I am confident I will). Hooray for Canadian model railroad suppliers!

I just took delivery on my first order from ERH, and both the sales price and service were excellent. I greatly appreciate the fact that I can order from a Canadian importer and pay only 1/3 (!) the premium postage American importers rather unreasonably require, a savings on this single coach order of some C$20.00. I look forward to doing more business (just made two 2010 new product reservations) with ERH and would commend them to all.

I again want to thank all of you at Euro Rail Hobbies for your outstanding service-always getting the orders correct, always packaged for damage free shipment and promptly shipping the orders. I especially appreciate the helpful advice and testing of all locomotives before they ship to be sure they operated properly. I have also received easy to understand answers, and patience from Walter regarding how to operate my Mobile Station and other equipment- answers that I honestly could not grasp from the instruction manuals. This is one of the many reasons that working with a "brick & mortar" store versus a web site has. But each of the employees has always been very courteous no matter what the question is. I'm impressed with Euro Rail Hobbies website and service. The website is great for finding an item and buying it. This is the third Marklin HO item I have purchased within a month. The service is the best! This afternoon I called about an item before I ordered it. The salesperson helped me out and I ordered the item within minutes. Right now it's snowing heavily outside - this is not only the way to shop but the place to shop! Many thanks from a happy customer.

For many years I have ordered from Walter and Jan and never had an issue with packing and delivery. All the items ordered that where present at the store, where shipped within days. Some back ordered items took a long time due to factory delays. That is not ERH's fault. I have been very pleased with ERH customer relations. They also research technical issues when needed and contact the factories directly when necessary. Great people for a great hobby.

I model Dutch prototype in N-Scale. Not exactly a huge market. EuroRailHobbies had the last 6400-class diesel in Railion colors. And it was 1 1/2 weeks before Christmas. Not only did they call me to confirm the shipping method (and how to get it to me before the holiday), I received it a day and a half later - from the other coast and another country... I would highly recommend EuroRailHobbies to anyone modeling European railroading!
