I'm impressed with Euro Rail Hobbies website and service. The website is great for finding an item and buying it. This is the third Marklin HO item I have purchased within a month. The service is the best! This afternoon I called about an item before I ordered it. The salesperson helped me out and I ordered the item within minutes. I just took delivery on my first order from ERH, and both the sales price and service were excellent. I greatly appreciate the fact that I can order from a Canadian importer and pay only 1/3 (!) the premium postage American importers rather unreasonably require, a savings on this single coach order of some C$20.00. I look forward to doing more business (just made two 2010 new product reservations) with ERH and would commend them to all.
