I again want to thank all of you at Euro Rail Hobbies for your outstanding service-always getting the orders correct, always packaged for damage free shipment and promptly shipping the orders. I especially appreciate the helpful advice and testing of all locomotives before they ship to be sure they operated properly. I have also received easy to understand answers, and patience from Walter regarding how to operate my Mobile Station and other equipment- answers that I honestly could not grasp from the instruction manuals. This is one of the many reasons that working with a "brick & mortar" store versus a web site has. But each of the employees has always been very courteous no matter what the question is. I am a conservative Marklin H/O modelist. My interest in this extent goes back to early 1960s. I am building a well detailed major new layout. I have made several purchases from Euro Rail Hobbies & More, Inc. Mr. Walter Menzel and his colleagues have always been competent and helpful. The website, a successfully conceived and implemented job, is uncommonly user friendly, efficient, and secure. All my orders have been professionally processed and arrived in time. The amounts due for the goods and services obtained have always been acceptable (hope never changes) and precise values. After all, I consequently am pleased to thank Mr. Walter Menzel and his colleagues for all. I model Dutch prototype in N-Scale. Not exactly a huge market. EuroRailHobbies had the last 6400-class diesel in Railion colors. And it was 1 1/2 weeks before Christmas. Not only did they call me to confirm the shipping method (and how to get it to me before the holiday), I received it a day and a half later - from the other coast and another country... I would highly recommend EuroRailHobbies to anyone modeling European railroading!

Euro Rail Hobbies is my go-to store for Dutch model rail equipment. Their prices are extremely competitive, shipping is hassle-free, and service is outstanding. I've tried the other ones (in FL and IL) and even a bead store that had a small selection on the side, but Euro Rail Hobbies is now my one and only choice (unless I'm physically in The Netherlands).
