For many years I have ordered from Walter and Jan and never had an issue with packing and delivery. All the items ordered that where present at the store, where shipped within days. Some back ordered items took a long time due to factory delays. That is not ERH's fault. I have been very pleased with ERH customer relations. They also research technical issues when needed and contact the factories directly when necessary. Great people for a great hobby.

Aloha, Living on the Big Island of Hawaii makes model railroading somewhat of a challenge as there are no hobby stores on the entire island! At 69, I am new to “N” scale—having had an LGB set-up since my forties which my son now has—and I did not want to make an expensive mistake as I downsize in retirement! I model Dutch prototype in N-Scale. Not exactly a huge market. EuroRailHobbies had the last 6400-class diesel in Railion colors. And it was 1 1/2 weeks before Christmas. Not only did they call me to confirm the shipping method (and how to get it to me before the holiday), I received it a day and a half later - from the other coast and another country...
