I again want to thank all of you at Euro Rail Hobbies for your outstanding service-always getting the orders correct, always packaged for damage free shipment and promptly shipping the orders. I especially appreciate the helpful advice and testing of all locomotives before they ship to be sure they operated properly. I have also received easy to understand answers, and patience from Walter regarding how to operate my Mobile Station and other equipment- answers that I honestly could not grasp from the instruction manuals. This is one of the many reasons that working with a "brick & mortar" store versus a web site has. But each of the employees has always been very courteous no matter what the question is. According to my records, I've been a customer of Euro Rail Hobbies for more than a decade. It was Walter who introduced me to Maerklin Digital back in 2002 when I bought the handsome Bavarian mallet BR 96 in ochre livery. Other locomotives were to follow; Viessmann catenary, building kits, trackage, electronics--and, gratefully, spare parts! Walter and his splendid crew can supply all the trains and accessories a model railroader could want. Like many in the hobby, I roam about websites, and have had other sources before I discovered EuroRail Hobbies, but for me ERH is the very best in service, in giving advice--and in price, even with the international transaction fee the banks tack on. The website is superb, and I visit it regularly. What it comes down to is trust--Walter Menzel, family and crew, are merchants and human beings you can trust.

I want to again add my thanks to all the wonderful people at Eurorail Hobbies! I have always had great service and all my shipments have arrived in new, undamaged, condition because of how well they pack the items. Their advice is always helpful, even for us some of us, myself, who are at times "technically challenged" with some of the electronic features provided in some of these great products.
