I found Euro Rail Hobbies store in 2004 and since then it has been my store #1 for purchasing all my train needs. I have placed many orders and I was always pleased with the items without having a single problem. No other store can compete with Walter's custumer service - he simply watches out for you and he does not let you make any mistakes! Walter and Diane have always helped me a lot with my many questions about items and with the right item to buy. They have been helping me a lot with my train collection (including some very hard to find items) as well as with tips and ideas of how to build my new layout. I totally recommend this store for any railroad modelers from the beginner to the expert, kids to adults and obviously to the most serious collectors! The range of products is absolutely complete and with his new website search engine it is even easier to browse the product lines! Wow! What great site! The layout is very aesthetically pleasing, the search function works very well, and there are pictures (and large ones at that!) of most items. I love how the shopping cart actually shows the pictures of what is in it - I hate how Walther's shopping cart doesn't - this is a great feature to remind you what is actually in the cart. I haven't shopped with Euro Rail Hobbies before, but if the service is anything like how the website is, I anticipate to be impressed. I am glad I remembered having stumbled upon this site years ago. The prices are phenomenal and I just saved a ton buying through this site over Walthers. I hope to continue doing business with Euro Rail Hobbies in the future (provided I have a good experience with my current order - and I am confident I will). Hooray for Canadian model railroad suppliers!

I currently live in Italy and often drive up to Germany and I order Marklin etc from a Canadian Dealer. Now does that tell you something about the Menzel's @ Euro Rail Hobbies? Great Prices, Great Service, to make it short GREAT PEOPLE!

Walter, thank you very much for answering my question about track radius. It clears things up perfectly. At 69, I am new to “N” scale—having had an LGB set-up since my forties which my son now has—and I did not want to make an expensive mistake as I downsize in retirement! I must say, this website is brilliant, no need to look or seek another! Jan and Walter cover an amazing range of products giving tremendous advice to Model Railway "tragic's" like me. I'd suggest, 5% of what these guys may forget, I would never know in my lifetime.
