For many years I have ordered from Walter and Jan and never had an issue with packing and delivery. All the items ordered that where present at the store, where shipped within days. Some back ordered items took a long time due to factory delays. That is not ERH's fault. I have been very pleased with ERH customer relations. They also research technical issues when needed and contact the factories directly when necessary. Great people for a great hobby.

I was needing some scenery materials and trees for my N scale layout ,as getting them locally is hit and miss and many of the ones I`ve seen online are either kinda poor in quality or very expensive. I was on one of the Euro sites (Busch perhaps) and Euro Rail Hobbies came up in the dealer section ,so I decided to have a look. Well.....am I ever glad I did, as I found exactly what I was looking for as well as N scale vehicles and Preiser figures...BONUS !!! I placed my order via the website and 4 days later my doorbell rang ,it was the mailman with a nice large box in hand !!! I was absolutely shocked that my order had already arrived from BC to MB..WOW ! All my order was in place,well packed and in perfect shape. If a company wants my business and money ,all they have to do is follow the model EuroRailHobbies has set forth ,as they obviously know what customer service is all about as well as I was contacted about the progress of my order. I also love the way they have their website set up,it makes it so absolutely easy to see what they have in each category and order.They also seem to have real time inventory status and tell you if items are backordered.I also like their log in feature to tell you order status etc. I noticed they have a lot of items on back order that can be ordered for customers ,I will have to confirm this on my next order,as there were some items I wanted. All in all ,it sure is nice to have a company located in Canada that I can order from, as I sometimes need to order from the USA ,and although I realize prices are in US dollars at Euro Rail Hobbies ,shipping and sometimes customs and long wait times can add up very very quickly when ordering from the US. So I don`t mind paying in US, as I know that`s the price of doing business when dealing with European companies and the Euro dollar. So, after this long winded write up ,I just want to conclude by saying I will be ordering from this fine company again, as I have the most confidence in the way they do things and treat their customers. I must say though, it`s probably a good thing I model in North American N scale locomotives and rolling stock, as I would probably go broke if they stocked those items...LOL Keep up the great work Euro Rail Hobbies !! This is a great site and the ONLY company who sells special Pola and other items that are hard to find. Also, they really work with you on any problems finding supplies, contacting POLA and other companies about replacement parts missing from kits, etc. The owner of the company will actually WRITE you an e-mail and work with you for complete satisfaction! I give them an A+++ and highly recommend them!!

A fantastic store that I wish was on the eastern side of the continent. I've been very happy with my multiple orders -- my job takes me to Switzerland several times a year and Eurorail Hobbies' selection and pricing matches and often surpasses what I find in the shops I visit there...

I again want to thank all of you at Euro Rail Hobbies for your outstanding service-always getting the orders correct, always packaged for damage free shipment and promptly shipping the orders. I especially appreciate the helpful advice and testing of all locomotives before they ship to be sure they operated properly. I have also received easy to understand answers, and patience from Walter regarding how to operate my Mobile Station and other equipment- answers that I honestly could not grasp from the instruction manuals. This is one of the many reasons that working with a "brick & mortar" store versus a web site has. But each of the employees has always been very courteous no matter what the question is.
