According to my records, I've been a customer of Euro Rail Hobbies for more than a decade. It was Walter who introduced me to Maerklin Digital back in 2002 when I bought the handsome Bavarian mallet BR 96 in ochre livery. Other locomotives were to follow; Viessmann catenary, building kits, trackage, electronics--and, gratefully, spare parts! Walter and his splendid crew can supply all the trains and accessories a model railroader could want. Like many in the hobby, I roam about websites, and have had other sources before I discovered EuroRail Hobbies, but for me ERH is the very best in service, in giving advice--and in price, even with the international transaction fee the banks tack on. The website is superb, and I visit it regularly. What it comes down to is trust--Walter Menzel, family and crew, are merchants and human beings you can trust.

I model Dutch prototype in N-Scale. Not exactly a huge market. EuroRailHobbies had the last 6400-class diesel in Railion colors. And it was 1 1/2 weeks before Christmas. Not only did they call me to confirm the shipping method (and how to get it to me before the holiday), I received it a day and a half later - from the other coast and another country... I would highly recommend EuroRailHobbies to anyone modeling European railroading!

The website, a successfully conceived and implemented job, is uncommonly user friendly, efficient, and secure. All my orders have been professionally processed and arrived in time. The amounts due for the goods and services obtained have always been acceptable (hope never changes) and precise values. After all, I consequently am pleased to thank Mr. Walter Menzel and his colleagues for all. I will continue to place new orders as needs arise and certainly recommend Euro Rail Hobbies & More, Inc. to the interested parties.

I must say, this website is brilliant, no need to look or seek another! Jan and Walter cover an amazing range of products giving tremendous advice to Model Railway "tragic's" like me.
