Founded by the brothers Francesco and Eugenio Cassani in 1942 in Treviglio in northern Italy, the SAME (Societa Accomandita Motori Endotermici) is today part of the SDF Group, which also includes such well-known well-known brands such as Deutz-Fahr, Lamborghini, Hürlimann and Gregoire. Produced between 1978 and 1982 the SAME Buffalo 130 was the successor to the Buffalo 120, which had been in production since 1974. Its 6235 cm3 in-line six-cylinder diesel engine produced 124 hp and helped this tractor to achieve a torque of 350 Nm.
