Electric high-speed locomotive class E 19 of the Deutsche Reichsbahn (DRB 1937–1949).
■ Design with front apron and imperial eagle
In order to identify class E 19 as a express train locomotives, they were initially delivered with wine-red livery. Due to the Second World War, the planned express service between Berlin and Munich was not operated. The machines were instead used for “normal” express train services.
