EURO RAIL HOBBIES & MORE is located in Langley, British Columbia, Canada. We are approximately a 45-minute drive east from downtown Vancouver. When you contact us, we will relay specific directions on how best to reach us.

IMPORTANT NOTE: If you plan to visit us at our retail store, please check our home page for any special store closings due to holidays or special events such as train shows. Whether you are travelling 5 minutes or two hours to see us, we do not want to dissapoint you by not being open when you arrive.

We cannot accept orders via e-mail. Please submit your order using our on-line order form or call in your order on our toll-free line.

To check the status of your order, please use our on-line order status system. All updates to your order's status will be posted there. If you are waiting for a backordered product and have seen no updates posted on-line we are probably still waiting for shipment from the manufacturer.

To inquire if a product is in-stock, we recommend you contact us by telephone. Our stock changes daily as new manufacturer shipments arrive and orders are shipped out.
