Our 2200 square foot retail store is located on our property just outside Langley, British Columbia, Canada, an approximately 45-minute drive east from downtown Vancouver. See the Google map at the bottom of this page for specific directions

IMPORTANT NOTE: If you plan to visit us at our retail store, please check our home page or latest news for any special store closings (we are closed for holidays,special events such as train shows, and on all holiday long weekends). Whether you are travelling 5 minutes or two hours to see us, we do not want to dissapoint you by not being open when you arrive.

Monday to Friday: 9am to 4:30 pm Pacific Standard Time (12pm-7:30 pm Eastern)

Saturday: 10am to 2 pm Pacific Standard Time (1pm-5pm Eastern) NOTE: We are closed Saturday on most holiday long weekends

To check the status of your order, please use our on-line order status page found in our customer account section. All updates to your order's status will be posted there. If you are waiting for a backordered product and have seen no updates posted on-line we are probably still waiting for shipment from the manufacturer. To inquire if a product is in-stock, we recommend you contact us by telephone. Our stock changes daily as new manufacturer shipments arrive and orders are shipped out.
