  1. Does your cart show any shipping costs?
    Due to the wide variety of products we stock and destinations we ship to, we cannot provide an accurate shipping price online. Shipping costs will be calculated based on the actual cost of shipping your order. Our shipping staff are experts at selecting the best shipping method for your order using their knowledge of the various providers speed, reliability and cost.
  2. Do I need to enter my credit card number online?
    No, our order form does not require you to enter credit card information to submit your order. You have the option of sending credit card details with the order via our secure server OR contacting us with that information via. telephone or fax. Once you submit your order, we will contact you within 48 hours by phone or e-mail to confirm your order. You may also use our toll-free number at 1-866-799-6098 to call in this information after placing your order.
  3. How do I change the quantity of an item in my cart?
    Simply enter the desired quantity in the Qty field for the item and then click the 'update' link below the field.
  4. How do I remove an item from my shopping cart?
    To remove an item, just click the 'remove' link below the item's quantity field. You may also enter set the item's quantity to zero and click the 'update' link.
  5. Where is the checkout button?
    Our checkout button will appear on the shopping cart page once our minimum order is met or you have logged into an existing customer account. At present our minimum order is $45 US or Cdn funds. This minimum allows us to avoid charging extra handling fees and keep our prices low! Pre-order new items with no pricing ($0.00) may be ordered without a minimum applying.
  6. Why does the cart show two prices for each item?
    All the prices on our web site are displayed in both Canadian and US dollars as we are located just across the US/Canadian border in British Columbia, Canada. The US dollar prices are displayed by applying average current exchange rates to the Canadian dollar price. Please note that we will bill your credit card for the Canadian dollar amount shown during checkout (plus shipping and any applicable taxes) when your order ships - your credit card company will then apply the current exchange rate to your local currency.   7. When will my order ship?
    If all the items in your order are in stock we will generally ship your order within 2 business days of processing. If a portion of your order needs to be ordered from the manufacturer we will check with you if you would like your order to be held until all items are in stock or be sent via multiple shipments. Please note that if the value of a partial shipment is less than $45 a small handling fee may apply.
