Model: The Piko 52700 diesel locomotive DF7C is a very impressive model with exceptional running performance and extensive detail. The model is equipped with a powerful 5 pole motor with flywheel, full cab interiors, intricate and prototypical roof details and much more. Model also has white LED headlights and red LED tail lights that coordinate with direction of travel.
A striking characteristic of the locomotives in the PIKO range is the modern technical design and the attention to detail. They all come equipped with either a digital interface for DCC SOUND decoders.

The newly developed H0 model of the DF7C reproduces the proportions of the model very well. The varnishing and printing correspond exactly to the selected model. The precisely reproduced housing with the handrails and the fine engraved bogies convince with many details. The etched railing is as filigree as it is stable. The heavy zinc die-cast frame, combined with a strong five-pole engine, gives the model excellent driving characteristics, while two diagonally arranged adhesive strips significantly increase the tractive force. The lighting is by LEDs. The DF7C from PIKO has a Plux22 interface and is prepared for easy retrofit with sound.
