For many years I have ordered from Walter and Jan and never had an issue with packing and delivery. All the items ordered that where present at the store, where shipped within days. Some back ordered items took a long time due to factory delays. That is not ERH's fault. I have been very pleased with ERH customer relations. They also research technical issues when needed and contact the factories directly when necessary. Great people for a great hobby.

I again want to thank all of you at Euro Rail Hobbies for your outstanding service-always getting the orders correct, always packaged for damage free shipment and promptly shipping the orders. I especially appreciate the helpful advice and testing of all locomotives before they ship to be sure they operated properly. I have also received easy to understand answers, and patience from Walter regarding how to operate my Mobile Station and other equipment- answers that I honestly could not grasp from the instruction manuals. This is one of the many reasons that working with a "brick & mortar" store versus a web site has. But each of the employees has always been very courteous no matter what the question is.
