Product information
Elegant convertible of the vehicle factory Eisenach, founded on 3 December 1896 by the industrialist Heinrich Ehrhardt. After many crises and various mergers, the plant lost its independence in 1928 and was renamed BMW Zweigniederlassung Eisenach. Since the body of the 327 was largely built in Eisenach, this beautiful model celebrated its resurrection after the war as the EMW 327/2, but in a slimmed-down version and with less than 80 hp engine power. The prototype-compliant model impresses not only with its elaborately printed chrome trim strip around the windscreen, but also with the superfine printing of the trim strips, door handles and the red/white EMW logos on the bonnet.
