Two-storey brick construction with richly ornamented arched gable in traditional Bernese style, shingle facing in the upper storey and wood siding on the attic floor. The ground floor accomodates a village shop of chain store operator ''Volg''. A market stall is provided for decoration.
The building this kit is based on dates from Era IV.
