Prototype: When it comes to sensitive and fragile cargo, then this high capacity sliding wall wagon is the right choice. The wagons are equipped with sliding walls that can be easily moved by one person. When opened, access to half the loading area is possible from both sides. This allows loading and unloading of goods via forklifts from a ramp or even from flat ground. The wagon is particularly suitable for the transportation of paper rolls, cellulose, sawn timber, wood and fibreboards as well as palletized goods. To secure the load of horizontal paper rolls, the wagons are equipped with 24 metal quick-release wedges, which can be placed in the storage compartments of each end wall when not in use. The underframe consists of long I-beams, head pieces and four closed bodies which also connect the two long I-beams. The floor of the head area was made from checker plate aluminium.
