1. How much is shipping? Does your cart show any shipping costs?

Note: As of September 2014 we are now shipping most US orders from Washington State via USPS in order to reduce shipping cost and delivery time.

Due to the wide variety of products we stock and destinations we ship to, in addition to factors such as pre-orders and combined orders, we cannot provide an accurate shipping price online. Pre-orders and the occasional back-order also mean that in some cases, orders may require more than one shipment. Shipping costs are calculated based on the actual cost of shipping based on what we are sending out to you at the time (we do not mark-up shipping fees). Our shipping staff are experts at selecting the best shipping method for your order using their knowledge of the various providers speed, reliability and cost.

If you have ANY questions or concerns about shipping costs please call us and ask for an estimate.

2. Where does my order ship from?

Our store is located in British Columbia, Canada near the border with the USA and your orders will ship from there. Starting September 2014, most orders to our US customers will be shipped from northern Washington State via USPS to save on shipping fees and delivery time. See our Shipping Policies page for more information.

3. Do you combine orders for shipping?

Yes, we will always combine orders where possible to lower your overall shipping costs.

4. How do I change the quantity of an item in my cart?

Simply enter the desired quantity in the Qty field for the item and then click the 'update' link below the field.

5. How do I remove an item from my shopping cart?

To remove an item, just click the 'remove' link below the item's quantity field. You may also enter set the item's quantity to zero and click the 'update' link.

6. Do I need to enter my credit card number online?

No, our order form does not require you to enter credit card information to submit your order. You have the option of sending credit card details with the order via our secure server OR contacting us with that information via. telephone or fax. Once you submit your order, we will contact you within 48 hours by phone or e-mail to confirm your order. You may also use our toll-free number at 1-866-799-6098 to call in this information after placing your order.

7. Where is the checkout button?

Our checkout button will appear on the shopping cart page once our minimum order is met or you have logged into an existing customer account. At present our minimum order is $45 US or CDN funds. This minimum allows us to avoid charging extra handling fees and keep our prices low! Pre-order new items with no pricing ($0.00) may be ordered without a minimum applying.

8. What currency will I be billed in?

As of November 1st 2014, our site allows you to choose to shop in US Dollars (USD) or Canadian Dollars (CAD). Your credit card will be billed in the currency you have selected when you check out.

9. Can I save the contents of my shopping cart?

Our cart does not allow you to save its contents permanently (try using a wishlist). However our cart does save its contents temporarily in case your computer/web browser crashes or our site becomes unreachable before you are able to submit your order. To restore the most recent contents of your cart, click on the 'My Shopping Cart' link on our site.

10. When will my order ship?

If all the items in your order are in stock we will generally ship your order within 2-4 business days of processing. During extremely busy periods such as the Christmas season we may need some extra time to get your order out the door. If a portion of your order needs to be ordered from the manufacturer we will check with you if you would like your order to be held until all items are in stock or be sent via multiple shipments. Please note that if the value of a partial shipment is less than $45 a small handling fee may apply.
