For many years I have ordered from Walter and Jan and never had an issue with packing and delivery. All the items ordered that where present at the store, where shipped within days. Some back ordered items took a long time due to factory delays. That is not ERH's fault. I have been very pleased with ERH customer relations. They also research technical issues when needed and contact the factories directly when necessary. Great people for a great hobby.

A fantastic store that I wish was on the eastern side of the continent. I've been very happy with my multiple orders -- my job takes me to Switzerland several times a year and Eurorail Hobbies' selection and pricing matches and often surpasses what I find in the shops I visit there...
