Bay CL type local railroad car - the prototype
At the beginning of the 20th century, the Royal Bavarian State Railways procured two-axle passenger coaches with a wheelbase of five meters for the branch lines, as well as matching mail and baggage coaches. These cars remained in the DB stock until the 1960s and can be used on Era 3 and even 4 layouts.
Bay CL type local railway wagons - the modelsBay CL 06b according to sheet 570. The cars had two platforms with sliding doors that gave access to the passenger compartment. The CL 06b offered 31 seats in 3rd class and a service compartment. This car will be available with two different operating numbers.
PwPostL Bay 06: Mail/Luggage Car. The carriages were divided into a baggage compartment about five meters long and a mail compartment 2.1 meters long, which was connected to the single platform of the car.
