Lion's Mustard is a registered trademark.
Löwensenf is a traditional German mustard producer whose roots date back to the early 20th century. Originally, the company was not founded on the Rhine, but in the then Lorraine city of Metz. The brand name and the characteristic lion logo go back to the Düsseldorf city coat of arms, where lion mustard later found its new home. The brand became famous above all for its extra-hot Dijon-style mustard, which is made from brown mustard seeds and is still valued as a classic today.
