Prototype: Fuchs cable excavator with a high bucket.
Highlights
Model: This is a reproduction of the historic Marklin Fuchs Baggers 8035. The scale is approximately 1:45. The superstructure, boom, shovel, and underbody of the excavator are constructed of die-cast metal, and the floor is sheet metal. The metal wheels are turned aluminum parts with rubber tires. The headlights, backup lights, window frames, and other details are set off in color. The cab has a window insert. The model can be rolled, the upper part of the excavator can be rotated, the outriggers are adjustable, and the raising/lowering function of the shovel can be done using a cable or lever. The vehicle length of approximately 11 to 12 cm / 4-5/16" to 4-3/4" varies with the position of the boom.
This unit can be used with the models in the replica series and with other models.
