I model Dutch prototype in N-Scale. Not exactly a huge market. EuroRailHobbies had the last 6400-class diesel in Railion colors. And it was 1 1/2 weeks before Christmas. Not only did they call me to confirm the shipping method (and how to get it to me before the holiday), I received it a day and a half later - from the other coast and another country... I would highly recommend EuroRailHobbies to anyone modeling European railroading!

I found Euro Rail Hobbies store in 2004 and since then it has been my store #1 for purchasing all my train needs. Walter and Diane have always helped me a lot with my many questions about items and with the right item to buy. WOW! What great selection and pricing -- I haven't seen anything like it outside of Germany and Austria! I just placed my first order and can't wait til it arrives.

For many years I have ordered from Walter and Jan and never had an issue with packing and delivery. All the items ordered that where present at the store, where shipped within days. Some back ordered items took a long time due to factory delays. That is not ERH's fault. I have been very pleased with ERH customer relations. They also research technical issues when needed and contact the factories directly when necessary. Great people for a great hobby.
