I again want to thank all of you at Euro Rail Hobbies for your outstanding service-always getting the orders correct, always packaged for damage free shipment and promptly shipping the orders. I especially appreciate the helpful advice and testing of all locomotives before they ship to be sure they operated properly. I have also received easy to understand answers, and patience from Walter regarding how to operate my Mobile Station and other equipment- answers that I honestly could not grasp from the instruction manuals. This is one of the many reasons that working with a "brick & mortar" store versus a web site has. But each of the employees has always been very courteous no matter what the question is. I have always considered their site to be the best on the web, but this embellishment is incredibly amazing! Thank you! With Walter and Jan, customer service is never in question: it is ALWAYS top-notch! Walter's knowledge of his products is unparalleled. His personal support and attention to detail reflect his dedication to their customer base. I recently purchased the new Marklin Central Station, and what an amazing instrument! I have been waiting for this type of product for years. Now I have my entire layout programmed on it, including all signals, turnouts and all other solenoids for over 550 feet of track! The new web site is great. The main menu bar with its dropdown sub-menus is very useful. The pictures on the pages that list locos, cars, track, etc. are bigger than on the previous web site, which is a nice feature. Thank you for your efficient, courteous service and for always being ready to answer my many questions as a novice model railroader. Regards.

Wow! What great site! The layout is very aesthetically pleasing, the search function works very well, and there are pictures (and large ones at that!) of most items. I love how the shopping cart actually shows the pictures of what is in it - I hate how Walther's shopping cart doesn't - this is a great feature to remind you what is actually in the cart. I haven't shopped with Euro Rail Hobbies before, but if the service is anything like how the website is, I anticipate to be impressed. I am glad I remembered having stumbled upon this site years ago. The prices are phenomenal and I just saved a ton buying through this site over Walthers. I hope to continue doing business with Euro Rail Hobbies in the future (provided I have a good experience with my current order - and I am confident I will). Hooray for Canadian model railroad suppliers!

This is my third order from this great train shop and as usual, I am extremely happy with my purchase.Communications are excellent ,product variety is top notch and shipping is always quick and well packaged.I love the great selection of trees and scenery that they stock, very nice and well made ,makes for a realistic layout.I find this site very easy to navigate ,unlike some out there.
