This is a kit of the well-known boeier Sperwer from the Dutch Zuiderzeemuseum. This boeier belonged to the Englishman Merlin Minshall, who sailed with it through Europe across the Danube to the Black Sea. Shortly before the war, Minshall met Ian Fleming. Minshall's voyage is said to have inspired Fleming to create the literary character James Bond.
