Our 2200 square foot retail store is located in beautiful downtown Summerland in the Okanagan region of British Columbia, Canada. We are within a 30-90 minute drive from Osoyoos (home of the Osoyoos Desert Model Railway), Penticton, Kelowna, and Vernon. Summerland is a 4 hour drive from Vancouver and the lower mainland of BC.
IMPORTANT NOTE: If you plan to visit us at our retail store, please check our homepage or latest news for any special store closings (we are closed for holidays, special events such as train shows, and for all holiday long weekends). Whether you are travelling 5 minutes or two hours to see us, we do not want to dissapoint you by not being open when you arrive.

* Due to limited space in our new location we may occasionally have to close when some very large shipments arrive from Germany. We simply do not have the room to receive many pallets of merchandise and safely open the store to the public. Please check our home page for any notices about unexpected closures.

We cannot accept orders via e-mail. To check the status of your order, please use our on-line order status page found in our customer account section. All updates to your order's status will be posted there. If you are waiting for a backordered product and have seen no updates posted on-line we are probably still waiting for shipment from the manufacturer. To inquire if a product is in-stock, we recommend you contact us by telephone. Our stock changes daily as new manufacturer shipments arrive and orders are shipped out.
