This is a great site and the ONLY company who sells special Pola and other items that are hard to find. Also, they really work with you on any problems finding supplies, contacting POLA and other companies about replacement parts missing from kits, etc. The owner of the company will actually WRITE you an e-mail and work with you for complete satisfaction! I give them an A+++ and highly recommend them!!

For many years I have ordered from Walter and Jan and never had an issue with packing and delivery. All the items ordered that where present at the store, where shipped within days. Some back ordered items took a long time due to factory delays. That is not ERH's fault. I have been very pleased with ERH customer relations. They also research technical issues when needed and contact the factories directly when necessary. Great people for a great hobby.

I just took delivery on my first order from ERH, and both the sales price and service were excellent. I greatly appreciate the fact that I can order from a Canadian importer and pay only 1/3 (!) the premium postage American importers rather unreasonably require, a savings on this single coach order of some C$20.00. I look forward to doing more business (just made two 2010 new product reservations) with ERH and would commend them to all.

His personal support and attention to detail reflect his dedication to their customer base. I recently purchased the new Marklin Central Station, and what an amazing instrument! I have been waiting for this type of product for years. Now I have my entire layout programmed on it, including all signals, turnouts and all other solenoids for over 550 feet of track! The new web site is great. The main menu bar with its dropdown sub-menus is very useful. The pictures on the pages that list locos, cars, track, etc. are bigger than on the previous web site, which is a nice feature.
