For many years I have ordered from Walter and Jan and never had an issue with packing and delivery. All the items ordered that where present at the store, where shipped within days. Some back ordered items took a long time due to factory delays. That is not ERH's fault. I have been very pleased with ERH customer relations. They also research technical issues when needed and contact the factories directly when necessary. Great people for a great hobby.

I again want to thank all of you at Euro Rail Hobbies for your outstanding service-always getting the orders correct, always packaged for damage free shipment and promptly shipping the orders. I especially appreciate the helpful advice and testing of all locomotives before they ship to be sure they operated properly. I have also received easy to understand answers, and patience from Walter regarding how to operate my Mobile Station and other equipment- answers that I honestly could not grasp from the instruction manuals. This is one of the many reasons that working with a "brick & mortar" store versus a web site has. But each of the employees has always been very courteous no matter what the question is. I currently live in Italy and often drive up to Germany and I order Marklin etc from a Canadian Dealer. Now does that tell you something about the Menzel's @ Euro Rail Hobbies? Great Prices, Great Service, to make it short GREAT PEOPLE!

Walter, thank you very much for answering my question about track radius. It clears things up perfectly. At 69, I am new to “N” scale—having had an LGB set-up since my forties which my son now has—and I did not want to make an expensive mistake as I downsize in retirement! I model European N guage and have just received my latest order in perfect condition as always. It takes no more than 6 days for my orders to arrive here in Melbourne. I can highly recommend Euro Rail Hobbies for excellent service not only for the models but also for sorting out my email issues. Thanks everyone! Euro Rail Hobbies is my go-to store for Dutch model rail equipment. Their prices are extremely competitive, shipping is hassle-free, and service is outstanding. I've tried the other ones (in FL and IL) and even a bead store that had a small selection on the side, but Euro Rail Hobbies is now my one and only choice (unless I'm physically in The Netherlands). If it weren't for this store, I'm not sure what I'd do...
