Walter, thank you very much for answering my question about track radius. It clears things up perfectly. At 69, I am new to “N” scale—having had an LGB set-up since my forties which my son now has—and I did not want to make an expensive mistake as I downsize in retirement! Let me also take this time to say thank you for all the wonderful service you and your staff have provided during the past few years. Great people and great products make for a great business combination. Fantastic Site Look no where else. You are wasting time researching the internet. I am speechless on this site. I had analog 1978 Marklin set in India that I moved over to the USA last year. Although it was functioning I had worn out tires, needed oil, needed a transformer to run on 120 V, bulbs, and Walter helped me with that. That made my aging parents estatic that the old system was running again smooth. I then ordered a new digital set earlier this year and have more stuff on its way. I love the packaging it comes in. My kids are telling me all my retirement money is going to Walter !!!! Thank you for an amazing site and don't ever go out of business or sell your business to someone else.

They have endeavored to continuously improve the site and this recent upgrade is evidence of their commitment to customer service. I have always considered their site to be the best on the web, but this embellishment is incredibly amazing! Thank you! With Walter and Jan, customer service is never in question: it is ALWAYS top-notch! Walter's knowledge of his products is unparalleled. His personal support and attention to detail reflect his dedication to their customer base. I recently purchased the new Marklin Central Station, and what an amazing instrument! I have been waiting for this type of product for years. Now I have my entire layout programmed on it, including all signals, turnouts and all other solenoids for over 550 feet of track! Running trains is easy and unbelievably fun. Thank you Walter and Jan.

The new web site is great. The main menu bar with its dropdown sub-menus is very useful. The pictures on the pages that list locos, cars, track, etc. are bigger than on the previous web site, which is a nice feature. I was needing some scenery materials and trees for my N scale layout ,as getting them locally is hit and miss and many of the ones I`ve seen online are either kinda poor in quality or very expensive. I was on one of the Euro sites (Busch perhaps) and Euro Rail Hobbies came up in the dealer section ,so I decided to have a look. Well.....am I ever glad I did, as I found exactly what I was looking for as well as N scale vehicles and Preiser figures...BONUS !!! I placed my order via the website and 4 days later my doorbell rang ,it was the mailman with a nice large box in hand !!! I was absolutely shocked that my order had already arrived from BC to MB..WOW ! All my order was in place,well packed and in perfect shape. If a company wants my business and money ,all they have to do is follow the model EuroRailHobbies has set forth ,as they obviously know what customer service is all about as well as I was contacted about the progress of my order. I also love the way they have their website set up,it makes it so absolutely easy to see what they have in each category and order.They also seem to have real time inventory status and tell you if items are backordered.I also like their log in feature to tell you order status etc. I noticed they have a lot of items on back order that can be ordered for customers ,I will have to confirm this on my next order,as there were some items I wanted. All in all ,it sure is nice to have a company located in Canada that I can order from, as I sometimes need to order from the USA ,and although I realize prices are in US dollars at Euro Rail Hobbies ,shipping and sometimes customs and long wait times can add up very very quickly when ordering from the US. So I don`t mind paying in US, as I know that`s the price of doing business when dealing with European companies and the Euro dollar. So, after this long winded write up ,I just want to conclude by saying I will be ordering from this fine company again, as I have the most confidence in the way they do things and treat their customers. I must say though, it`s probably a good thing I model in North American N scale locomotives and rolling stock, as I would probably go broke if they stocked those items...LOL Keep up the great work Euro Rail Hobbies !!
