We offer over 45 years of experience to our customers and operate out of our fully-stocked 2200 square foot retail hobby store in Summerland BC, Canada. For many years I have ordered from Walter and Jan and never had an issue with packing and delivery. All the items ordered that where present at the store, where shipped within days. Some back ordered items took a long time due to factory delays. That is not ERH's fault. I have been very pleased with ERH customer relations. They also research technical issues when needed and contact the factories directly when necessary. Great people for a great hobby.

Euro Rail Hobbies is my go-to store for Dutch model rail equipment. Their prices are extremely competitive, shipping is hassle-free, and service is outstanding. I've tried the other ones (in FL and IL) and even a bead store that had a small selection on the side, but Euro Rail Hobbies is now my one and only choice (unless I'm physically in The Netherlands). If it weren't for this store, I'm not sure what I'd do...
