Nov 16th Summerland Store Update

Once again, a huge thank you to all our customers for being patient while we get set-up and operating in Summerland, BC. This has been a HUGE project for us and we are working long days to get set up as fast as possible.  Here is another quick update on resuming shipping, reopening and where we stand right now;

- due to some unforseen delays, more than 1/3 of our inventory was delayed arriving at the new store. We are unpacking and setting up the new store now.

- at this point in time, we expect to start processing/shipping orders and responding to messages around the 21st of November.

- the telephone company is having issues getting our voice mail working - we do not recommend leaving voice messages until we reopen as we are not sure we will get them.

- Sorry, we cannot expedite orders while we unpack - we understand many of our customers would like to get orders shipped ASAP but until the store inventory is unpacked and organized we cannot ship.

- we will not be opening our retail store to the public until we have caught up with processing/shipping orders and stocking factory shipments that have arrived while we have been closed.  We will post our retail 'Open to the Public' date as soon as we can. We will do our very best to be open for the Summerland Festival of Lights on November 25th.

- Our annual Black Friday Sale will take place on our website (and hopefully in-store) Friday November 25th through Sunday November 27th.  Stay tuned for more details.
