OPEN FOR BUSINESS - Finally!- April 14, 2003

First, I would just like to thank all of our very patient customers while we were going through this tremendous transition. Your understanding and patience are very much appreciated.

Clearly, we had not expected the types of delays that we experienced this past 2 weeks;
i.e. damaged telephone, cable lines and the sheer volume of product to be packed, unpacked and re-organized, etc. AND Yes, we are still unpacking and reorganizing. I suspect that this will be ongoing for some time as we get use to our new premises and how best to utilize our new found space.

For those of you anxiously awaiting responses to Order Confirmations, E-Mails, Voice Mails and backorders, the following should give you an inidication of where we're at and how you will be responded to;

1. First off, we will clean up all voice mails and e-mails as quickly as possible. Although we were closed for the move, e-mails continued to flood in, thus creating a large backlog we must now work through.
2. As several unpacked factory shipments arrived in the past 2 weeks, we will concentrate on shipping backorders out this week.
3. As our stock gets unpacked and shuffled onto shelving, cabinets, etc. we will be following-up on all New Order Status Confirmations as quickly as possible.
4. Finally, in the very near future, we will be officially announcing our Grand Opening and hope to see many of you out to see our new store!
