Novelty 2025: Print version of the BR 187 in the “Teamwork” design of the HSL in Era VI. The model has a PSD XP sound decoder with the largest possible loudspeaker ex works. The model bears the “fits mfx®” quality mark. A new “fits mfx®” quality mark was introduced together with Märklin and other manufacturers to make digital decoders reliable for all users of the current Märklin digital command stations. This can only be used by digital decoders that have undergone and fully passed a special mfx® test. These decoders and also the locomotives in which they are installed bear the “fits mfx®” quality mark, which certifies unrestricted mfx® functionality. This means that PIKO products with the “fits mfx®” logo now also fully support the diverse functions of mfx®.
