I currently live in Italy and often drive up to Germany and I order Marklin etc from a Canadian Dealer. Now does that tell you something about the Menzel's @ Euro Rail Hobbies? Great Prices, Great Service, to make it short GREAT PEOPLE!

I must say, this website is brilliant, no need to look or seek another! Jan and Walter cover an amazing range of products giving tremendous advice to Model Railway "tragic's" like me. I'd suggest, 5% of what these guys may forget, I would never know in my lifetime. I'm hooked on this On-line store, big time and to be honest and frank, the help offered by these folk is both professional and practical, in the most courteous way.

A fantastic store that I wish was on the eastern side of the continent. I've been very happy with my multiple orders -- my job takes me to Switzerland several times a year and Eurorail Hobbies' selection and pricing matches and often surpasses what I find in the shops I visit there...

Walter and Diane have always helped me a lot with my many questions about items and with the right item to buy. They have been helping me a lot with my train collection (including some very hard to find items) as well as with tips and ideas of how to build my new layout. I totally recommend this store for any railroad modelers from the beginner to the expert, kids to adults and obviously to the most serious collectors! The range of products is absolutely complete and with his new website search engine it is even easier to browse the product lines! According to my records, I've been a customer of Euro Rail Hobbies for more than a decade. It was Walter who introduced me to Maerklin Digital back in 2002 when I bought the handsome Bavarian mallet BR 96 in ochre livery. Other locomotives were to follow; Viessmann catenary, building kits, trackage, electronics--and, gratefully, spare parts! Walter and his splendid crew can supply all the trains and accessories a model railroader could want. Like many in the hobby, I roam about websites, and have had other sources before I discovered EuroRail Hobbies, but for me ERH is the very best in service, in giving advice--and in price, even with the international transaction fee the banks tack on. The website is superb, and I visit it regularly. What it comes down to is trust--Walter Menzel, family and crew, are merchants and human beings you can trust.

Euro Rail Hobbies is my go-to store for Dutch model rail equipment. Their prices are extremely competitive, shipping is hassle-free, and service is outstanding. I've tried the other ones (in FL and IL) and even a bead store that had a small selection on the side, but Euro Rail Hobbies is now my one and only choice (unless I'm physically in The Netherlands). If it weren't for this store, I'm not sure what I'd do...

His personal support and attention to detail reflect his dedication to their customer base. I recently purchased the new Marklin Central Station, and what an amazing instrument! I have been waiting for this type of product for years. Now I have my entire layout programmed on it, including all signals, turnouts and all other solenoids for over 550 feet of track! The new web site is great. The main menu bar with its dropdown sub-menus is very useful. The pictures on the pages that list locos, cars, track, etc. are bigger than on the previous web site, which is a nice feature. Thank you for your efficient, courteous service and for always being ready to answer my many questions as a novice model railroader. Regards.
