For many years I have ordered from Walter and Jan and never had an issue with packing and delivery. All the items ordered that where present at the store, where shipped within days. Some back ordered items took a long time due to factory delays. That is not ERH's fault. I have been very pleased with ERH customer relations. They also research technical issues when needed and contact the factories directly when necessary. Great people for a great hobby.

Wow! What great site! The layout is very aesthetically pleasing, the search function works very well, and there are pictures (and large ones at that!) of most items. I love how the shopping cart actually shows the pictures of what is in it - I hate how Walther's shopping cart doesn't - this is a great feature to remind you what is actually in the cart. I haven't shopped with Euro Rail Hobbies before, but if the service is anything like how the website is, I anticipate to be impressed. I am glad I remembered having stumbled upon this site years ago. The prices are phenomenal and I just saved a ton buying through this site over Walthers. I hope to continue doing business with Euro Rail Hobbies in the future (provided I have a good experience with my current order - and I am confident I will). Hooray for Canadian model railroad suppliers!

I found Euro Rail Hobbies store in 2004 and since then it has been my store #1 for purchasing all my train needs. I have placed many orders and I was always pleased with the items without having a single problem. No other store can compete with Walter's custumer service - he simply watches out for you and he does not let you make any mistakes! Walter and Diane have always helped me a lot with my many questions about items and with the right item to buy. They have been helping me a lot with my train collection (including some very hard to find items) as well as with tips and ideas of how to build my new layout. I totally recommend this store for any railroad modelers from the beginner to the expert, kids to adults and obviously to the most serious collectors! This is a great site and the ONLY company who sells special Pola and other items that are hard to find. Also, they really work with you on any problems finding supplies, contacting POLA and other companies about replacement parts missing from kits, etc. The owner of the company will actually WRITE you an e-mail and work with you for complete satisfaction! I give them an A+++ and highly recommend them!!
