Alongside the engine shed tracks. Two steel towers linked with each other through a platform and featuring cross girders and ladders to ensure the filling of engines with brake sand. Dry gritting sand reaches both silos through a rising pipe and is poured via swivelling delivery booms.
The building this kit is based on dates from Era II.
