One-storey dwelling house from North Germany with light-coloured clinker facade, blue windows, annexed winter gardens, very low roof covered with tiles and slightly hipped on the narrow sides, and three large dormer windows. Lattice fencing is provided to delimit the plot of land.
The building this kit is based on dates from Era III.
