The open construction allows some insight into the operation of the sawmill. The water wheel annexed at the rear is driven by the motor supplied (12-16 V AC), which simultaneously moves the visible saw frame up- and downwards. The matching dwelling house and diverse stacks of boards are included.
The building this kit is based on dates from Era III.
