The Re 6/6 are six-axle electric locomotives of the Swiss Federal Railways, which were bought to replace the Ae 6/6. The locomotives quickly proved to be well suited for the extreme challenges of the St Gothard. They were later designated as Re 620 and from 2005 on, the driver's cab had air conditioning.
