The BTE (Bremen-Thedinghauser Eisenbahn GmbH) was founded on Feb 29 2000 and emerged from the former BHE (Bremisch-Hannoversche Eisenbahn AG) It operated the regional cargo trafic on the line between Bremen and Thedighausen. The conspicious “cow spot locomotive†was built in 1981 and first delivered to the VEB brown coal mine “Alfred Scholzâ€.
