This is a great site and the ONLY company who sells special Pola and other items that are hard to find. Also, they really work with you on any problems finding supplies, contacting POLA and other companies about replacement parts missing from kits, etc. The owner of the company will actually WRITE you an e-mail and work with you for complete satisfaction! I give them an A+++ and highly recommend them!!

I found Euro Rail Hobbies store in 2004 and since then it has been my store #1 for purchasing all my train needs. Walter and Diane have always helped me a lot with my many questions about items and with the right item to buy. They have been helping me a lot with my train collection (including some very hard to find items) as well as with tips and ideas of how to build my new layout. I totally recommend this store for any railroad modelers from the beginner to the expert, kids to adults and obviously to the most serious collectors! Wow! What great site! The layout is very aesthetically pleasing, the search function works very well, and there are pictures (and large ones at that!) of most items. I love how the shopping cart actually shows the pictures of what is in it - I hate how Walther's shopping cart doesn't - this is a great feature to remind you what is actually in the cart. I haven't shopped with Euro Rail Hobbies before, but if the service is anything like how the website is, I anticipate to be impressed. I am glad I remembered having stumbled upon this site years ago. The prices are phenomenal and I just saved a ton buying through this site over Walthers. I hope to continue doing business with Euro Rail Hobbies in the future (provided I have a good experience with my current order - and I am confident I will). Hooray for Canadian model railroad suppliers!

I'm impressed with Euro Rail Hobbies website and service. The website is great for finding an item and buying it. This is the third Marklin HO item I have purchased within a month. The service is the best! This afternoon I called about an item before I ordered it. The salesperson helped me out and I ordered the item within minutes.
