The brewery product beer is one of the first goods to be transported by our railways. The breweries ordered their own wagons with insulation for this purpose, which they hired from the railway companies for operational purposes. Due to the mostly small construction lots, the wagons were usually never really identical, but their main dimensions were based on the normal freight wagons of the state and state railways built in parallel. It is therefore not surprising that wagon designs for the transport of beer were also developed on the basis of the A2 model sheet. This time, the prototype for the new BRAWA model has been given an attached, vertically mounted cladding made of boards, under which the load-bearing box skeleton disappeared and the car body became wider as a result. In this and slightly modified designs, these beer wagons were used by many breweries between 1910 and 1970.
