I put my first of five purchase order just one year ago and my experience with you is excellent. The web site is amazing, easy to sail through it and prices are most of the time cheaper than other places. I can say that I visit many other dealers in Europe and USA before I put a new purchase order. Also when I had some question and call by telephone the answer is always immediately.

For many years I have ordered from Walter and Jan and never had an issue with packing and delivery. All the items ordered that where present at the store, where shipped within days. Some back ordered items took a long time due to factory delays. That is not ERH's fault. I have been very pleased with ERH customer relations. They also research technical issues when needed and contact the factories directly when necessary. Great people for a great hobby.
