For many years I have ordered from Walter and Jan and never had an issue with packing and delivery. All the items ordered that where present at the store, where shipped within days. Some back ordered items took a long time due to factory delays. That is not ERH's fault. I have been very pleased with ERH customer relations. They also research technical issues when needed and contact the factories directly when necessary. Great people for a great hobby.

Wow! What great site! The layout is very aesthetically pleasing, the search function works very well, and there are pictures (and large ones at that!) of most items. I love how the shopping cart actually shows the pictures of what is in it - I hate how Walther's shopping cart doesn't - this is a great feature to remind you what is actually in the cart. I haven't shopped with Euro Rail Hobbies before, but if the service is anything like how the website is, I anticipate to be impressed. I am glad I remembered having stumbled upon this site years ago. The prices are phenomenal and I just saved a ton buying through this site over Walthers. I hope to continue doing business with Euro Rail Hobbies in the future (provided I have a good experience with my current order - and I am confident I will).
